Went to buy a running machine price advertised on the floor $1,600 but when I went to order it price was $2,200 odd. Bit of fake advertising. Was told the wrong pricing was attached but it had been there for 4 days. You can't tell me no one noticed it.

I went to Rebel to get shoes that I saw online. Thankfully there was more than what I thought. I found the shoes I wanted and asked if there was one in my size. She was being very kind and she was trying her best. I kept having to get sizes bigger and she was being very helpful. We went to the counter and he was very nice. Altogether amazing experience. 👍👍👌👌

I went in tonight and saw Dylan he was so helpful. I went in to get shoes for one son, but while I was there asked what would be good for my other who has flat feet. He was so helpful and Really new what he was talking about. He gave me 2 different shoes to choose from. He really knew what he was talking about and spent time explain the difference and even Mentioned that his dad also has flat feet and he said the shoe he suggested was perfect. Rebel, you guys are lucky to have a team member with such respect, knowledge and dignity. Hope Dylan’s manager realises how luck they are. We are going back in a fortnight on his day so I can get Dylan to measure and get him sorted for a good quality shoe.

Always love placing click and collects at this rebel as they are always so accomodating, the rebel team were not able to find an item in my order but were happy to talk through with me the options I could choose from, the salesperson adiva from the online department went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and helpful

Great service, I went in to purchase a basketball for my daughter Friday night and the young team member Bailey helped me, I would have brought the wrong size, thanku Bailey u saved me over an hours time having to bring it back, he was very knowledgeable showed me from the lower to top end. I settled on a molten, my daughter loves it. Well done Rebel nice staff and very helpful.

Can't fault the products as they're quality. Reason why I went straight to the shop at Fountain Gate to hunt for a gym backpack. Since the bags are not tagged, I asked the assistance of one of the salespersons (didn't catch the name) to price check. His response was "it's not cheap" and went to check it anyway, came back and said "it's a hundred something". I was gobsmacked! I was asking for the price! Not to be judged whether I could afford or not. I walked out of the store feeling really embarrassed. Last time I checked your store isn't purely for rich people. I hope you check your staff's attitude towards customers as some may have internal biases for people who don't outwardly look wealthy. I am not wralthy by any means but was happy to purchase an item that I thought was going to meet my standards.

Went here to find a new pair of basketball shoes and Caitlin did not disappoint. She went and got all of the shoes we wanted to try (which were a lot) and she was very helpful.
